The standard MOQ is 300 pieces for each design. Within this MOQ, you can combine 2 colors and 3 to 4 sizes.

For custom sample production, kindly provide your design artwork together with specific fabric requirements.
If you do not have finished artwork, reference style pictures are also acceptable, and we will produce samples based on them.
New sample fees are refundable. We will deduct the sample cost from your mass order, subject to a minimum of 300 pieces per design per color.
After all requirements are fully confirmed, sample production generally takes around 7 working days.
Yes, our quoted prices cover fully finished garments packed in biodegradable bags. Custom‑made accessories and special packaging will be charged separately.
Yes, we support custom logo application on products. Available techniques include heat transfer, silkscreen printing and silicone printing. Please provide your logo files ahead of time.
We can also customize your branded hang tags, poly bags and shipping cartons.
Yes, we offer full custom‑made services. Both OEM and ODM orders are welcome.
We accept T/T, Western Union, Alipay and WeChat for payments. PayPal is only applicable for sample‑only orders.
This is a common concern among many customers. For small‑size parcels, we recommend fast courier services such as DHL, UPS and FedEx. For bulk orders, sea freight offers a cost‑effective solution if your shipment is not time‑sensitive.
Shipping costs vary according to your shipping method and the final total weight. Please reach out to our international sales team with your item styles and order quantity. We will then provide an estimated freight quote for your reference.
Production lead time varies based on order quantity and customization requirements. It normally takes 20‑27 working days after receiving your deposit and confirmed details.
We enforce strict measures to safeguard our customers’ intellectual property rights, including custom designs, logos, artwork, tooling and samples. All client‑owned materials are treated as strictly confidential.
